« I have been twice and both times have been terrible experiences. The first time we ordered two drinks and despite waiting for 40 minutes and asking 3 times to be served the staff wasn’t able to serve them. But I decided to give the place a second chance because the setting looks nice, albeit this was a mistake. We came on a Monday night and wanted to eat and drink something. First, the table was in a disgusting state when we arrived and despite asking it took them 20 minutes to clean it. As to the food we ordered two burgers. After 30 minutes of waiting, the staff told us they don’t do burgers anymore despite having accepted our order. 5 minutes later they decided that yes they still do them. So we wait another 40 minutes. In the meantime I asked for some olives or nuts (which all the other tables had) while we wait for the food. Surprise, three times asking was to no avail. After a total of over an hour of waiting we were served to burgers served cold and stale with fries that tasted like sardine frying oil. We decided to tell the staff which instead of showing understanding showed 0 interest and started talking shit behind the counter. There is a complete lack of professionalism. The only person who showed some was the server Yassine. To top it off, instead of talking to us, they closed the shutters in our face. Talking to friends from Tangier, our experience seems to be no surprise at this establishment. If you can, avoid. »
